Grant competition was organized by the Institute of Innovation. In addition to full-time students, it attracted attention of participants from Kemerovo, Abakan, and Urai who undergo distance training at TUSUR.

Five winners were selected following the interview on June 28:

• Tatyana Golovanova, group 029 (Ridder, Kazakhstan);
• Tatyana Zakharova, group 018 (Kolpashevo, Russia);
• Alexey Kachalov, master student, group 045 М (Tomsk, Russia);
• Yana Semyanikhina, group 019 (Chita, Russia);
• Sergey Terekhov, group 028 (Tomsk, Russia).

The winners will receive grants for language training at Brooks University. These grants will cover transportation, intensive three-week language course, medical insurance, meals, accommodation on campus, entry test, training materials, and Internet access.
